How do I find what I'm looking for?

On a laptop, use the search button on the top right of the home page and type in what you're looking for. On a mobile phone, press the three lines next to the Menu tab on the left side of the home page and type in your request in the search area.

You can also browse through the full product or collection list by clicking on Shop Products or Shop Collections.

How do I choose what items I want?

Click on the product you want and it will show the full description and give you options for what quantity you want. Click on 'Add to cart' and it will place the item in your cart.

 

Can I see the items in my own currency?

Absolutely! Just click on the currency converter on the top of the home page and choose your currency. All the product prices will appear in your currency.

 

Do I have to create an account?

Creating an account with us automatically adds you to our Loyalty program. You get points for the same value as what you purchase. You can use these loyalty points for discounts, freebies, massages, wellness assessments and much more

 

How do I finish my order?

When you are happy with everything in your cart, press 'Proceed to Checkout'. You'll come to a page where you fill in your details. Then press on 'Continue to shipping'. Here, you have options to pick up your items in our retail shop in Kokomlemle or have it delivered to you. Click on DHL delivery for delivery in Accra, Ghana and the rest of the world.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Depending on where you are in the world, it could be the same day, next day or up to 10 days to receive your order. We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible.
