Kristyne Twum is the CEO of Cedarlane Health Foods Store, LifeSong Consult and a Managing Partner at LifeWellness Wholistic Center, all subsidiaries of the Kriola Group.
She’s a qualified Pharmacist, a Wholistic Wellness Consultant, Life Coach, an American Board Certified NLP coach and a Pranic Healer.
Kristyne holds a BScPharm degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and a Pharmacy Accuracy Certification in the United Kingdom. She was the Pharmacy Manager of Pharmacy Plus, in Bristol, UK. She is also responsible for setting up the retail Pharmacy at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.
With South African partners, she set up the HASS West Africa Hearing Centre, the first Hearing Aid Center of its kind in Ghana and the West African Sub-region. She was the Managing Director from 1997 to 2000. She is a Hearing Aid Acoustician with certification from the Ear Institute in Pretortia, South Africa and the Phonak Center in Switzerland.
She’s a co-founder of The Unicorn Group with companies such as Origin8 Ltd and GeniSys Solutions Ltd in its portfolio. With a marketing and creative background, she rebranded the family business in 2014.
A vegetarian since July 2017, she has realised that by eating to fuel your body with the right nourishment, you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. She shares this passion through her work and the people she meets and is dedicated to helping people transform their lives and be healthy. She set up CedarLane Health Foods Store to give people access to healthy natural products with as little and with no side effects as possible, which is usually the total opposite for the current prescription medication available today with its many side effects and drug interactions.
She is the mother of 3 fabulous young adults who are also on a path of healthy living.

Kolawole Braimah is an Executive Director at CedarLane Health Foods and also the CEO and Managing Partner at LifeWellness Wholistic Center. He is a Health & Wellness Consultant, Iridologist, Energy Healer, Life Coach and ABNLP Certified NLP Practitioner. All these involves natural healing modalities without the use of conventional medicines. He is also a motivational speaker and very passionate about energy medicine. He is dedicated to helping our people find their true-life purpose and fulfilling their divine potentials.
Kola knows the body heals itself and is empowering people with this knowledge in his quest to help our brothers and sisters transform their lives wholistically. He lives his life on purpose and believes and knows stillness speaks. He has walked his clients through their relationships, thoughts and emotions, helping them uncover the source of their inner energy and the God within them. He implores everyone to free themselves from habitual thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns that limit their consciousness. He knows everyone is in this lifetime for a divine purpose and it behoves on us all to find that purpose and fulfil it.
Kola became a full vegan in 2013 for health reasons. He believes that to fulfil his life purpose he has to take care of his body because it houses him, the soul. Vice President of Vegetarian Association of Ghana (VegGhana), veganism as part of a healthy lifestyle provides him with the opportunity to realise his life purpose. Since becoming a vegan he has lost over 35kgs naturally and most of the health issues he had (spondyloses, sciatica nerve challenges, lower and upper back challenges) have all been kept at bay. He lives a blissful, stress free lifestyle facilitated by his yoga and meditation practice.
Until he discovered his true-life purpose as a light worker, he had extensive experience in banking operations and marketing spanning over 20 plus years gained at Ecobank Nigeria Plc, Ecobank Ghana Limited, Standard Trust now UBA (Ghana) Limited and running his own financial and micro- finance company. During this period, he progressed from a junior entry-level operations officer to a supervisor and developed into one of Ecobank's and UBA’s and indeed Ghana’s finest bankers.
Kola also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and an MBA in Finance from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Kola has nurtured two beautiful Goddesses, Sheri and Oyebisi, who mirrors the life he has lived.
